For all international orders, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs, Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.
Signature Required (International Customers)
Joby Nail Art (Joby Trading Corp) will not be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged when left at your location. We will ship your order “Signature Required” which requires someone to sign for the delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery. In the event that no one is available to sign for your package, attempts to deliver will be made two more times. Once all delivery attempts have been exhausted your order will then be returned to our location.
All delivery to US addresses are usually 5 to 7 business days. All of our products ship from our primary warehouse in South El Monte, California.
International orders are usually 7 to 15 business days. Your order will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order and credit card approval.
Orders requesting priority shipping must be received by 12:00 PM P.S.T. to ensure same day shipping. Orders requesting expedited shipping which are received after 12:00 PM P.S.T. will ship the next business day. We only ship to physical addresses only. We are not able to ship to P.O Boxes.

You will receive an email with information regarding your order’s ship date, arrival date and tracking #. This notification will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping.
