The three ingredients that you need will be banana, egg, and oil (ex: coconut, olive) The banana will help with thinning hair; the egg will give your hair the strength, shine, volume, and texture; and oil add strength and moisture.
Itchy Scalp: Are falling flakes a problem for you? Then use oils (like coconut, jojoba, and olive). Also, both mayonnaise and avocados are natural deep conditioners that will help with the flakes.

1/2 avocado *1/4 cup mayonnaise *1 tablespoon coconut oil *1 tablespoon olive oil *1 tablespoon honey *2 ounces water
Wet your hair with warm water, then gently comb the mask through the hair to ensure even application. After you have applied the mask, wrap your hair in plastic wrap to capture the heat and and allow the nutrients to be absorbed then just sit back and relax for 20-30 minutes. Now rinse your hair with cool water to close the cuticle and lock in moisture. Lastly, apply a normal conditioner and give your hair a final rinse.
